Our Distillery is located in the heart of Saratoga County in Clifton Park, NY. We distill all of our products in small batches at our 9,000 ft. facility in custom Italian made copper stills. We are proud to stand out as a NYS Farm Distillery, where we use 100% unmalted New York State Grain for our Bourbon, Rye, and Vodka.

Our Tasting Room is open from Wednesday through Saturday and we specialize in creative and delicious cocktails made from our own Bourbon, Rye and Vodka. You can find classics like the Manhattan and newer twists like Cucumber Vodka Lemonade. You can also join us for free tastings any time!
